Yes — almost any private Morocco itinerary can be customised. You can change the pace, add or drop destinations, choose your accommodation level, build the trip around interests like food, photography, or hiking, and adjust the route to your dates and budget. The best operators expect you to shape it, not just accept a template.

Customising is genuinely the norm for private Morocco trips, not a special favour. The sample itineraries you see online — a 7-day classic, a 10-day grand tour — are starting points, not fixed menus. You can stretch or shorten them, swap in places that interest you, slow the pace down so you are not driving every day, or build the whole thing around a theme like cuisine, photography, surfing, or Atlas hiking.

In practice, customisation usually moves along a few dials. Pace: how many days, how much driving, how many nights per stop. Route: which cities, whether you add the coast or the south, how deep into the desert you go. Accommodation: from lovely mid-range riads up to standout luxury properties. And interests: a food-focused trip looks very different from a family trip or a honeymoon, even over the same map. Good designers adjust all of these around you.

There are a few honest constraints worth knowing. Morocco's geography means some long drives are unavoidable if you want both the desert and the imperial cities in one trip, so part of customising well is being realistic about distances rather than cramming everything in. Peak-season availability can limit specific riads. And changes shift the price — more nights, higher-end stays, and extra guides all cost more, which a good operator will show you transparently.

The way we approach it: you tell us your dates, rough budget, who is travelling, and the handful of things you most want, and we build a first draft to react to. Then we go back and forth until it is genuinely yours. If you would rather start from a blank page, our custom tour planner does exactly that. Customising is the whole point of going private — a template you cannot change is just a package with a higher price.
