We are a growing Morocco operator, and we are always interested in hearing from talented guides, drivers, and trip designers who love this country as much as we do.
Work alongside journeys that travel the length and breadth of the country.
Collaborate directly with people who genuinely care about Morocco and its guests.
Share knowledge with experienced guides, drivers, and planners and sharpen your own.
Help create the kind of trips travellers remember for a lifetime.
We do not always have a fixed vacancy posted, but these are the people we work with most. If one sounds like you, introduce yourself — no deadline.
We are always interested in hearing from licensed guides with strong local knowledge and a gift for storytelling — whether your strength is the imperial cities, the Sahara, the Atlas, or a specialist focus such as photography or cuisine.
Reliable, professional drivers who know Moroccan roads well and put guest comfort first. If you hold the correct licences and take pride in a calm, safe journey, we would like to hear from you.
People who love crafting bespoke itineraries and looking after discerning travellers — from first enquiry to the final farewell. A concierge mindset and genuine care for detail matter most.
We believe in creating an environment where passion meets purpose, and every person we work with contributes to extraordinary experiences.
We work as one team — from guides to drivers to the people planning each journey — sharing knowledge and supporting each other to deliver excellence.
We share what we know and learn from each other, deepening our collective expertise in Moroccan culture, hospitality, and guest care.
As ambassadors of Morocco, we take pride in sharing our country's rich heritage, traditions, and natural beauty with travellers from around the world.
We value the people we work with and aim for fair, clear arrangements and reasonable rest between assignments.
No forms, no deadlines — just a short, honest introduction.
Send a short note about your experience, the kind of work you enjoy, the languages you speak, and the region you are based in.
Include your CV (a PDF is ideal) and mention any licences or certifications you hold.
We read every introduction. When a journey comes up that suits your strengths, we will be in touch. Promising profiles stay on file.
We are a growing independent operator, so we do not always post fixed vacancies. Instead, we keep an open door for talented people. If you are a licensed guide, an experienced driver, or a trip designer, we would genuinely like to hear from you whenever you are ready to introduce yourself.
Most of our collaborators fall into three areas: licensed tour guides with strong local knowledge, professional drivers who hold the correct licences and know Moroccan roads, and trip designers or concierge-minded people who enjoy planning bespoke itineraries. We also work with specialist guides for photography, culinary, and wellness experiences.
Email your CV and a short note about your experience to info@serenitymoroccotours.com. Tell us the kind of work you are interested in, the languages you speak, and any licences or certifications you hold. There is no formal deadline — we review introductions as they arrive.
Not necessarily. We work across Morocco, so guides and drivers in different regions are all welcome to reach out. Let us know where you are based and how far you are comfortable travelling for assignments.
English and French are the most frequently requested by our guests, and Arabic and Amazigh are valuable for local knowledge. Additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, or German are a welcome bonus but are not required.
We read every introduction we receive. Because we are a small team and match people to work as journeys come up, response times can vary, but we keep promising profiles on file and reach out when there is a suitable fit.
We are always looking for talented people who love Morocco. Send your CV and tell us how you can help create extraordinary journeys.
