How do I plan a Morocco trip from Skopje, North Macedonia?

Skopje is a compact airport with limited long-haul, so for Macedonian travellers I almost always go through Istanbul. Turkish flies Skopje–Istanbul frequently and on to Casablanca, which lets me keep the whole trip on a single protected ticket — important when you are starting from a smaller airport, because if a connection slips you want one airline on the hook, not two refusing to talk to each other.

I tell my Skopje guests not to underestimate how smooth the time zones make this. You are only an hour or two from Morocco, so I refuse to write off your arrival day to jet lag the way I would for a transatlantic traveller.
