Yes — Morocco is excellent for corporate retreats, incentive trips, and events. Private villas, riad takeovers, Agafay desert camps, and city hotels handle meetings plus team-building (cooking classes, desert excursions, treasure hunts in the souks). Plan 4–6 months ahead, and use a local DMC/planner for transfers, AV, catering, and permits.

Yes, and corporate work is a real part of what we do. Morocco punches well above its weight for retreats, incentive trips, leadership offsites and milestone company events, because it delivers two things companies want at once: serious wow-factor that motivates and rewards people, and genuine value compared with European destinations. A team that's flown to a private Agafay camp under the stars or a palatial Marrakech riad comes home talking about it for years — which is exactly the point of an incentive trip.

The venue options map neatly to the job. For a working retreat with sessions and AV, a private villa or a city business-hotel with proper meeting facilities and reliable connectivity is the base, with breakout space and catering on tap. For the experiential, reward-driven trips, we take over a riad or build out an Agafay desert camp — meetings by day, a lantern-lit dinner and music by night. I always pair the 'work' blocks with team-building that's distinctly Moroccan: a competitive cooking class, a navigation challenge through the souks, a 4x4 desert excursion, a quad-bike afternoon, a shared hammam.

The logistics are where a local partner is non-negotiable. Group transfers, airport meet-and-greets, AV and staging, catering for dietary spreads, any permits for larger gatherings, and a clear single point of contact — this is destination-management-company territory, and trying to coordinate it from a head office abroad is a recipe for gaps. We handle the on-the-ground execution so the organiser can focus on their people rather than chasing a minibus.

Honest planning notes: give a corporate event four to six months, more if it's large or you want peak-season (spring/autumn) dates, and confirm your window against Ramadan and high-summer heat. Decide your alcohol approach early, as it's licensed and adds cost. And build in genuine downtime — a souk afternoon, a pool hour — because the unstructured moments are where teams actually bond. Tell me your headcount, objectives, and budget and I'll shape a programme around them.
