Ferry and meeting your guide
Cross from Tarifa on the fast ferry. Your private guide meets you after passport control at the Tangier port.
Late morning
The medina and the Kasbah
Walk up through the medina to the Petit Socco and the Kasbah, with the Kasbah Museum and the views over the Strait.
Midday
The American Legation and lunch
Visit the Tangier American Legation museum in the medina, then lunch.
Afternoon
Cap Spartel and the Caves of Hercules
A private car takes you west to the Cap Spartel lighthouse, where the Atlantic meets the Mediterranean, and the Caves of Hercules, then back to the port for the return ferry.

Is the ferry included?
Not automatically. You can book the ferry yourself, or we arrange it in your proposal; either way your guide and car are timed to the crossing you choose.
Do I need a passport?
Yes. The ferry and the Moroccan border both need your passport, and the ferry company asks for passport details when booking.
Can we stay overnight?
Yes. A night in Tangier lets you add Chefchaouen or Asilah the next day before the ferry back.
