Yes — November is a lovely, quieter shoulder month. Mild, sunny days (20–24°C), pleasant desert by day with cooling nights, and the first Atlas snow on the peaks. Crowds thin after the October peak and prices ease, making it a great-value choice.
November is the gentle close of Morocco's autumn, and it is a quietly excellent time to visit. Daytime temperatures in Marrakech and Fes settle into a comfortable 20–24°C — warm in the sun, cool in the shade — with clear skies and the soft, low light photographers love. The big autumn crowds of October have moved on, prices come down, and the medinas feel relaxed and uncrowded.
The desert is still very rewarding in November, with a seasonal shift to note. Daytime temperatures around Merzouga and Zagora are pleasant and easy for camel treks and dune walks, but the nights cool noticeably as winter approaches — a warm jacket is essential after dark, and the better camps bring out the extra blankets and braziers. The payoff is exceptional night skies and beautifully comfortable daytime conditions.
In the High Atlas, the first snows usually dust the highest peaks in November, giving that striking contrast of green lower valleys beneath fresh white summits. Lower-altitude trekking around the Ourika and Imlil remains good, though high passes can begin to see occasional snow. The cities are perfect for leisurely exploring — comfortable temperatures, lively souks and cosy riad terraces in the evenings.
The coast stays mild — Agadir remains sunny and pleasant around 22°C, and Essaouira is breezy and atmospheric, ideal for long beach walks if not for swimming. November is also a strong value month for honeymoons and slower, more contemplative trips: warm enough to enjoy everything, quiet enough to feel you have the place to yourself, and priced well below the spring and autumn peaks.
In summary: November offers mild, sunny days, a comfortable daytime desert with cooling nights, fresh snow on the peaks and noticeably thinner crowds. Pack a warm layer for desert and mountain evenings and you have one of the best-value shoulder months of the year.
