Trip planning is completely free and carries no obligation. You only pay once you have reviewed your tailored itinerary and chosen to confirm it. Drafting, revising and refining the plan are all at no cost.
How long does it take to receive my itinerary?
In most cases a travel designer sends your first draft within 24 hours of receiving your preferences. More complex multi-region trips can take a little longer, and we will tell you if so.
Can I change the itinerary after I receive it?
Yes — that is the point. The first draft is a starting point, not a fixed package. You can add nights, swap regions, adjust the pace or change accommodation, and we revise it as many times as you need until it feels right.
Do I have to book once I receive a plan?
No. There is no obligation to book. The itinerary and indicative pricing are yours to consider. You confirm only when you are ready, and our local team takes over from there.
