Absolutely — it's one of our favourite girls'-trip destinations. Think a stylish riad with a rooftop pool, a private hammam and spa afternoon, souk shopping, a desert glamping night and long lazy dinners. With a private driver-guide it's safe, seamless and endlessly photogenic.

A girls' trip is one of my favourite briefs, because Morocco is practically built for it — it's beautiful, sociable, indulgent, and full of the kind of shared moments that bond a group. I usually base the trip around a gorgeous riad with a rooftop terrace and a pool, somewhere that becomes your private clubhouse: breakfast in the sun, sundowners on the roof, and a stunning backdrop for photos at every turn. Marrakech is the natural hub, with Essaouira's breezy coast or the blue lanes of Chefchaouen as a change of scene.

The wellness and pampering side is where Morocco really delivers for a group of friends. A traditional hammam followed by an argan-oil massage is a must — booked privately for your group, it's a hilarious, blissful, only-in-Morocco afternoon. Add a henna artist, a private chef for one dinner, and a rooftop cocktail spot, and you've got the kind of curated treat-yourself days that cost a fortune elsewhere but are wonderfully attainable here.

Then there's the adventure and the shopping. The souks are a playground — spices, lanterns, leather, rugs, ceramics — and I'll set you up with a guide who keeps the haggling fun rather than stressful. A night of desert glamping at a luxury camp, with a camel ride at sunset and stargazing with a glass of wine, is the showstopper most groups remember most. Cooking classes, pottery, and a hot-air balloon at dawn round it out beautifully.

Honestly, the main thing that makes a girls' trip here effortless is a private driver-guide. It means safe, comfortable transfers (including late evenings), no navigating or haggling for taxis, and total freedom to shape the days around long lunches and spontaneous detours. With that in place, the usual hassle aimed at visitors mostly melts away and you're left with a glamorous, safe, deeply memorable trip. I'd send a group of friends here without hesitation.
