Visit Morocco in 2027 a year to plan around you

Dunes at first light, snow on the Atlas, quiet riad courtyards in Fes: the best time to visit Morocco in 2027 is spring, from mid-March (Ramadan ends about 8 March) to May, or autumn in October and November, when the desert, the mountains and the imperial cities are all warm and clear. Seven to ten days gives you Marrakech, the Sahara and Fes at an unhurried pace, and every trip we plan is private, built around your dates.

Two dates shape 2027

Two dates shape 2027: Ramadan, expected from about 8 February to 8 March, and Eid al-Adha, expected about 16 May. Both follow the moon sighting and can move by a day; we plan around them in your proposal.

Festival dates are announced through the year. The 2027 calendar shows the month each one usually falls in, and we add confirmed dates to your plan as soon as they are published.

Visiting Morocco in 2027: your questions

How many days do I need to visit Morocco in 2027?

Five days covers Marrakech and a night in the Sahara. Seven to ten days adds Fes and the Atlas without rushing, and two weeks lets you add Chefchaouen, the valleys and the coast. We size the route to your dates.

When should I book a 2027 trip to Morocco?

For spring, Easter, festival weeks and the Christmas fortnight, ask a few months ahead so the riads and desert camps you want are still free. Outside those weeks there is more flexibility. Your quote comes free within 24 hours.

Can I visit Morocco during Ramadan 2027?

Yes. Ramadan is expected from about 8 February to 8 March. Monuments, hotels and riads stay open, days are calmer and evenings lively after iftar; some cafés in the medinas close until sunset. We plan meals and timings around it.

Do I need a visa to visit Morocco?

Many nationalities, including most of Europe, the UK, the US and Canada, can enter Morocco without a visa for up to 90 days. Requirements change, so check the latest rules for your passport before you book flights.

Can you plan a 2027 trip around a festival?

Yes. Tell us which festival you want and we hold a route around its usual dates, then confirm once the organisers publish the 2027 dates.

What does a private 2027 trip include, and what does it cost?

Your own driver and vehicle, local guides where you want them, and the riads, hotels and desert camp you choose. The cost depends on the season, the length, the hotel level and your group size; every item is listed in a free quote within 24 hours.

After you ask for a quote

What you get within 24 hours

Your proposal contains

  • A day-by-day route, with the driving time between stops
  • Stays matched to your style (riads, kasbahs, desert camps or hotels), named so you can look them up
  • Which moments are private to you, and which are shared, such as a camp’s dining tent
  • An itemised quote: what is included and what is not
  • Who is planning your trip, and how to reach them on WhatsApp
  • Free, with no obligation to book

Before you pay a deposit, we confirm

  • Opening days for the places on your route, including Friday and holiday closures
  • Meal stops along the way, and any dietary needs
  • Prayer or Shabbat timing, if it matters to you
  • Step-free access, wherever you need it
  • The vehicle class for your group and your luggage

Every trip is private and priced to your dates, so there is no fixed price list. Ask, and the proposal shows the full cost before anything is booked.
